We are a community of 80 homes built in 2001, and located in Westminster, Maryland in the heart of Carroll County. We enjoy the best of our in-town location close to Carroll Hospital Center, Westminster High School, Carroll County Community College, and Westminster's charming and historic downtown. But we also love our rural setting with our own rolling hills, wildlife, wetlands, and quiet cul-de-sacs.

Families in Windemere Farms enjoy each other's company, with a variety of groups that play Bunco, poker or basketball and help the community by keeping it clean, planting flowers, and helping to keep kids safe and happy. Each year, we have events such as cookouts, holiday ornament exchanges, Ravens parties, and yard sales. We hope to do more in the future, including soccer games at our field and lots of fun stuff for kids and families.
