Please be advised that the County is surveying the roads in the community to determine if we qualify for speed bumps. We'll keep you posted when the results come in.

Our new landscaping company, Ramsel Lawn Service, did some much-needed replanting at the corner of Ravenshead and Crest on August 14th. We were able to re-use some of what remained from the prior garden several years ago. Ramsel also added Crepe Myrtles, Day Lilies, Knockout Roses, and several other hardy, sun-loving plants. They will be watering the area as part of their contract with us and all of the plants are guaranteed for a year. Comments, concerns, and compliments on all landscaping are always welcomed by the Board. Please feel free to contact us.
